As more and more things reopened, and we started to get more confident with the dogs, we booked ourselves a trip away. We rented a nice house in a little village north of Great Yarmouth, called Winterton-on-Sea. It was a drive around Londonโs notorious M25 and a brief stop to give the dogs some drink, bite to eat and โtinkleโ time, and soon we were there. The dogs are fantastic car travellers ๐๐๐.
The house was great, and the village itself was very cute. We got to walk down to the beach, got fish and chips, and Betsy got to sample her first ever โMr Whippyโ ice cream ๐๐๐๐. We were only there a few days, but left sort of wishing weโd had longer.
We got to see Lindaโs old house in Attleborough on our way up, hence the first photo.
We did stop at a little antique market (another hobby we have fallen into), had my first ever almond milk latte coffee ๐คฎ, and drove over to Downham Market to see my Dad and Pam, and so they could meet Cooper and Marshall.
