It’s been strangely busy since we finished our big trip. If you say “doing what ?” it is hard to say, but it has been.
By way of catch up, in early May, my AerCap retirement gift of the coffee table from an airplane tail arrived.
Photos are a little dark, but you get the idea.
In May, we watched the Royal Wedding (well Betsy did, and I sort of watched). Betsy was disappointed not to get an invite, but made he most of it:
Then in early June, we took a trip down to Cornwall and Devon. We rented a great cottage in Cornwall:
We had a nice time down there. Drove past Stonehenge on the way (why oh why queue up and pay for parking to see some rocks ? 😂😂). Went to Plymouth to see where the Mayflower set sail from, went to Lands End (I had never been), cream teas in Devon on the edge of Dartmoor, visit to the cute fishing town of Brixham, and a night in Torquay.
6 pounds to park ??
